We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the product and packaging. Eligible returns must be unused, in their original condition, and returned in the original packaging. Due to the nature of our products, personalized/custom-made items and used items are not eligible for return or exchange. Once the returned item is received and inspected, approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
